  Personally, I had no issue with the customer service. That was fine I guess. The restaurant is clean and the majority of menu items are good. My issue is that when I order some traditional wings, bone in, I got more than what I asked for. Some of my wings were very small and broken but what really got me was the feather. There was a full FEATHER on my wing. There were a few smaller ones also attached to the same piece of meat and on one other piece as well. And it wasn't some little prickly of a feather that I probably could have over looked, it was as long as the wing itself and FULL. Disgusting. It was so gross that I loss my appetite. Because I tried to eat what was left, but the meat itself tasted gamey. I'm all for fresh ingredients, but not that fresh. The taste reminded you of a Cornish hen. Not okay. And I couldn't call them to let them know the same night because by the time I had gotten home to eat it and started eating they closed. And what could they have done? Would they really give me my money back? Because there are some places you just get a feeling they're going to bs you. And certainly didn't want my food to replaced. I don't want to eat there ever again. I wouldn't recommend this Wing Heaven to anyone. This a pure lack of attention because the feather should have been noticed when the chicken was taken out, before the frier, and before the sauce was added. I could have just been dissatisfied with the taste but instead I got a feather. A gross, long, full feather what went with my chicken into the frier, into the sauce bowl, and into my container with the rest of my food. Never again.
